7-day money-back guarantee for any reason



Products that do not affect secondary sales may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 7 days from the date the item arrives at the designated shipping address. The refund process begins once the returned item is returned to CostySee's warehouse for inspection.


● Returns must include all accessories.


● Items must include original packaging.


● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.


● For non-quality related warranty claims, CostySee will refund the purchase price of the product itself.


● Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.


Refund requests for the 7-day money-back guarantee expire 7 days after a warranty claim is made. After this 7-day window expires, refund requests for non-quality issues will not be processed. For items not purchased directly through the CostySee Online Store, please contact the retailer to negotiate after-sales service. See below for quality related issues.


Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues



Items sold directly by CostySee or an authorized CostySee dealer are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against all quality-related defects. Warranty claims related to the quality of products purchased through CostySee authorized distributors and retailers are handled by CostySee. For quality related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.


Process:


● The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.


● CostySee must document what happens when the buyer troubleshoots the product.


● Requires the serial number of the defective item and/or visible evidence describing the defect.


● Items may need to be returned for quality inspection.




Valid proof of purchase:


● Order number purchased online through CostySee or an authorized CostySee reseller.


● Sales Invoice.


● A dated sales receipt from an authorized CostySee dealer showing the product description and its price.


Please note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase (such as a remittance receipt and confirmation of the item's original shipping address).


Shipping charges must be borne by the buyer in the following cases:


● Return the product for any reason other than a proven defect.


● Warranty claims for items purchased outside the original country of purchase.


● Buyer returns unexpectedly.


● Return personal items.


● Returned items claimed to be defective but CostySee Quality Control found them to be in working condition.


● Return defective items using international shipping.


● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).


Refunds are available for products.


Not covered under warranty:


● Products without sufficient proof of purchase.


● Lost or stolen products.


● Items beyond the warranty period.


● Non-quality related issues (7 days after purchase).


● Free products.


● Repair through a 3rd party.


● Damage from external sources.


● Damage caused by product misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper equipment operation).


● Purchased from illegal sources.


Haylou is not responsible for:


● Loss of data due to the use of CostySee products.


● Return personal items sent to CostySee.



When returning an item with a prepaid shipping label provided by CostySee, CostySee is responsible for any damage or loss in transit. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping when returning a product for non-quality issues. CostySee does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
